Housing Profiles

There are a variety of housing options for Ohio Northern University students. The options are divided based on your academic status. First-year students are placed in a housing assignment by the Office of Residence Life. Returning students choose their housing online during Spring Quarter prior to the upcoming year. You may request a roommate when you complete the required housing forms online.

Many floor plans for housing are available online. Click the hall, complex, or apartment on the right and the floor plans are attached at the bottom of the page.

New student housing options include:

  • 5 University Parkway (all female)
  • Founders Hall
  • Maglott Hall (3.8+ high school GPA)
  • Northern House (all male)
  • Park Hall
  • Stambaugh Hall
  • 615 S. Main Street Service House (all female)
  • 701 S. Main Street Service House (all male)

Law student and married student housing options include:

  • Courtyard Apartments
  • Campus Village Apartments: Polar Place

Returning student housing options include:

  • Affinity Village
  • Brookhart Hall
  • Campus Village Apartments
  • Clark Hall
  • Lima Hall
  • Roberts Hall
  • Fraternity and Sorority Housing
  • Stambaugh Hall
  • 214 W. Ballard Street

ALL full-time (12 quarter hours+) University students, except married students and students living with parents, grandparents, or siblings are required to live in University housing which includes all residence halls, apartments, fraternity and sorority houses. In order to be considered for living in non-university housing, students must complete our off-campus housing form. Click on Forms and Documents, complete the form, and submit it to our office.
