Outreach
The full name is outreach and growth teams. The outreach part involves each team using their God-given talents and abilities to enrich the churches they visit by offering a refreshing look and listen to the gospel of Jesus Christ. The growth part starts with weekly rehearsals, which include team prayer, caring and sharing. It continues during rehearsal as skills improve and insights are received. It goes on for as long as team members reflect on all they've experienced.
