Leadership Speakers

Leaders’ Council aims to bring a diverse range of educational and motivational speakers to Ohio Northern University. These speakers may address an individual campus organization or be open to the University community. In the past, Leaders’ Council has partnered with other campus organizations to provide these speakers, including Student Senate, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the ONU Raabe College of Pharmacy, and the Department of Athletics. Past speakers have included Joseph Williams, on his experience of being mauled by a grizzly bear and the importance of resilience in achieving a lifetime of success; Mark Sterner, on his first-hand experience with the consequences of DUI; and Steve Gilliland, on the importance of enjoying the ride of life.
