University Singers Announce 2009 Fall Tour
Ohio Northern University's University Singers kick off their annual fall tour in Lima, Ohio, on Sunday, Oct. 25. The tour will conclude with a home concert at Ohio Northern's Presser Hall on Sunday, Nov. 1, at 7 p.m.

his 50-voice choir is lead by Dennis L. Kratzer, director of choral activities and professor of music at ONU. Student accompanist Ryan Neal, a sophomore music major from Norwalk, Ohio, will serve as associate conductor.
The 2009 fall tour includes church and high school concerts in Lima, Defiance, Norwalk, Sandusky and Westerville and features primarily a cappella music and African music with percussion.
Guest artists on the tour will be Mary Jane Eichelberger, music organ faculty member at ONU, and A. Lewis Jones, a percussionist and professional church musician from Lima, Ohio. The assistant accompanist will be Faith Heflin, a junior music major from New Richmond, Ohio.
