Biography:
Dr. Keith F. Durkin is a criminologist and chair of the Department of Psychology and Sociology. Dr. Durkin has published approximately 50 journal articles and book chapters dealing with topics such as sexual predators, Internet crime/deviance, and binge drinking by college students. He serves as a consultant and trainer for law enforcement, and provides expert testimony in high profile sex abuse cases. He has been quoted in dozens of media outlets including the Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Miami Herald, Las Vegas Sun, Columbus Dispatch, Fox News.com, ABC.com, and MSN.com. He has also made a number of radio and television, appearances including MSNBC.
