Instructions for Shipping Recruiting Materials
Please follow these instructions for shipping all 2009 Fall Career Kaleidoscope materials to Ohio Northern University to ensure proper delivery of your materials. Ohio Northern University cannot be held responsible for any packages that are sent without the following information properly affixed to the package.

(Total # of packages i.e. 1 of 2) - Given local arrangements, the following freight haulers are preferred for your use: UPS, FedEx, RPS. Please ship between September 1st and 10th for arrival by Friday, September 11th.
- Please notify Jane Ward of
the following information, via j-ward.2@onu.edu.
- Date that the package is scheduled to arrive.
- All Tracking Information.
- Name of carrier used to ship materials.
- Number of packages being shipped.
- Please keep all Tracking Information and bring it with you September 14. You will need that information to claim your package when you arrive at Ohio Northern University.
