Area Urgent-Care Providers

At Dr. Baker’s recent health care forums we were all encouraged to utilize urgent-care providers when appropriate rather than emergency-room services. The attachment below provides a listing of all urgent-care providers in the MMO network as of December 8, 2008. REMEMBER: providers sign individual contracts with MMO at different times throughout the year and therefore may or may not be in network when services are rendered. You should always confirm that the provider you are using is in network before utilizing their services, else, the benefits will be paid at the out of network rate.
