Ohio Northern University self insures our health care plans. Employee Benefits Management Corporation (EBMC) provides third-party administration of the plans for the University. Both plans utilize the Medical Mutual of Ohio (MMO) network of providers. Ohio Northern offers full-time employees two comprehensive health care plans that are designed to meet the varying needs of all employees. Upon hire or during the annual open enrollment period, employees have the option of selecting either Plan A or Plan B. Premium costs vary significantly between plans. Employees are encouraged to review the benefits of both to determine which plan best meets their personal situation.
