To correspond with the celebration of a campus-wide awareness campaign, “Polar Bear Nation,” the Ohio Northern University gallery program hosts a group exhibition called “Environmental Visions.” This select group of artists and designers shares views about our environment and the challenges we face as stewards of our land, air and water.

This 40 minute workshop is designed for you to learn how to conquer the
most challenging interview questions that employers will ask.  You will
be provided with a more cognitive approach to anticipate and forecast
interview questions so that you will be prepared to correlate your
background, skills and education, with those required for the position
you seek. Also offered on January 12 at 3pm, January 20 at 11am, January 27 at 1pm, February 4 at 5pm, February 9 at 1 pm, February 19 at 1pm.

Upon completion of the Conquering the Behavioral-Based Interview Prep Workshop, students may practice their interviewing skills for evaluation with a trained panel of alumni, peers, and Career Services professionals.  All of these mock interviews are held in the conference room at the Office of Career Services in Lehr-Kennedy House.  Mock interviews will take approximately 30 minutes. Students can then schedule an appointment with a professional career advisor for evaluation.  Interviews will be scheduled in half hour increments beginning at the times listed below.

Qualifications: Must have L1 status to apply for summer internship program. Must have L3 (or Alumni) status to apply for active duty. In addition to academic requirements, candidates are expected to exhibit the qualities befitting an Officer in service to their country, such as leadership, physical fitness, commitment and professionalism.  Among other things, a qualified candidate will: Be mentally and physically fit; be of good moral standing and character; pass security clearance and citizenship requirements.

This monthly conversation series will take place every second Thursday of the month during the lunch hour of 11:45am - 12:45pm and will be held at the ONU Multicultural Center located at 307 S. The conversations series is dedicated to examining the ideas and issues of multiculturalism and diversity in greater society. Critical discussion wil be facilitated by, Multicultural Development Director, Clyde W. Pickett. Food will be provided.
