AIGA|ONU Student Chapter Motivates Campus Community To “Get Out the Vote”

Are you going to vote? No? Take a stroll around campus and rethink your answer. The AIGA/Ohio Northern University student chapter has created a striking display of posters aimed at promoting participation at this year’s national election.
A twisted plot of mistake identity and farcical confusion ensues when the head of the Fiat Corporation is disfigured in a failed kidnap attempt. This production, by Nobel Prize winner Dario Fo, "happily combines the Marxism of both Harpo and Karl!"

L-3s and L-1s may register on-line or in the Registrar's office anytime after 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 3 through Friday, November 7.
Learn to use Symplicity, our online data management system that connects students, employers, and jobs through job postings and uploaded résumés and Optimal Resume, which provides a guide for producing dynamic resumes that can be printed or uploaded into various job search programs. Optimal also provides you the opportunity to create a website from your resume.

Street Law is doing its LAST fundraiser of the year! We are selling t-shirts; the front says "you might be a law student if..." and the back has the "top 10 reasons." They are $10 a piece and we will be selling them throughout the week in the student lounge between 11 and 1.
Upon
completion of the Conquering the Behavioral-Based Interview Prep
Workshop,
students may practice their interviewing skills for evaluation with a
trained panel
of alumni, peers, and Career Services professionals. All of these mock
interviews are held in the conference room at the Office of Career
Services in Lehr-Kennedy House. Mock interviews will take
approximately 30 minutes. Students can then schedule an appointment
with a professional career advisor for evaluation. Interviews will be
scheduled in half hour increments beginning at the times listed.
Fall quarter capstone (senior design) presentations by mechanical engineering seniors. Open to the public.
Dinner for Campus and Ada communities in Ballroom
You are invited to the Open Doors meetings which are to foster openness and awareness for issues on gender orientation,ie.,homosexual/hetrosexual/gay/straight,and abelism/disabliity/classism/sexism/racism dialogue on campus. The meetings will be every Monday evening at 9pm in McIntosh Room 202.

Ms. Nicholas is a graduate of The School of Visual Arts in New York City. Her current work, ink on paper, speaks of a world that has been uncovered, layered, magnified or reinvented. Her painting language is inspired by her emotional relationship to our planet: regarding environmental, political and social issues that effect our bodies and our world.
The department of art & design proudly announces the annual Student Juried Exhibition, which will be on display at the Elzay Gallery of Art from November 4–December 17 in Ada, Ohio. A public reception and awards presentation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, November 4.
