The Inn's FAQ

What food services will be available at The Inn?
We are able to prepare and serve food for planned events in any of the various meeting rooms. We offer a breakfast buffet daily for in-house guests as well as the public. The breakfast hours are tentatively planned for 6:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. The Pub is tentatively scheduled for 2 p.m.-11 p.m. offering menu items such as salads, sandwiches, appetizers and desserts.
What space and services are available for meetings and events?
There is over 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting space accommodating groups up to 120 people. The Executive Boardroom accommodates 14 people.

Job Fairs are scheduled in McIntosh Student Center:
August 1, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
August 8, 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
August 9, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
What are the check in and check out times?
After 3 p.m. and prior to 11 a.m.
What are The Inn’s reservation cancellation policies?
Prior to 4 p.m.; for specialty dates such as Homecoming or graduation we have a 24-hour cancellation.
Do you offer concierge service? Valet parking? Bellhop?

Does The Inn have a pool?
Not at this time.
What is included in The Inn’s fitness center?
The Inn’s fitness room provides two treadmills, two elliptical machines, one
recumbent cycle, one upright fitness bike, and one multi station.
Can only guests use it?
Yes, the fitness room is for hotel guests and their guest-room key will allow access.
