The Inn's FAQ
- What food services will be available at The Inn?
- We are able to prepare and serve food for planned events in any of the various meeting rooms. We offer a breakfast buffet daily for in-house guests as well as the public. The breakfast hours are tentatively planned for 6:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. The Pub is tentatively scheduled for 2 p.m.-11 p.m. offering menu items such as salads, sandwiches, appetizers and desserts.
- What space and services are available for meetings and events?
- There is over 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting space accommodating groups up to 120 people. The Executive Boardroom accommodates 14 people.
- How can I schedule an event?

Job Fairs are scheduled in McIntosh Student Center:
August 1, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
August 8, 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
August 9, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- What are the check in and check out times?
- After 3 p.m. and prior to 11 a.m.
- What are The Inn’s reservation cancellation policies?
- Prior to 4 p.m.; for specialty dates such as Homecoming or graduation we have a 24-hour cancellation.
- Do you offer concierge service? Valet parking? Bellhop?

- Does The Inn have a pool?
- Not at this time.
- What is included in The Inn’s fitness center?
- The Inn’s fitness room provides two treadmills, two elliptical machines, one
recumbent cycle, one upright fitness bike, and one multi station. - Can only guests use it?
- Yes, the fitness room is for hotel guests and their guest-room key will allow access.
