The Inn's FAQ

What types of rooms are available and what are the rates?
We are offering $ 125.00 single or double occupancy including breakfast in the morning.

Ask about our special discounted rates for Friends and Family of ONU and our Special University event rates... call for more information.

What food services will be available at The Inn?
We are able to prepare and serve food for planned events in any of the various meeting rooms.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered daily in our dining area available for both in-house guests and the general public.

  • Breakfast hours, 6:30 AM-10:30 AM
  • Lunch hours, 11:30 AM -2:30 PM
  • Dinner hours, 5:30 PM-8:30 PM.
What space and services are available for meetings and events?
There is over 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting space accommodating groups up to 90 people. The Executive Boardroom accommodates 14 people.

What are the check in and check out times?
After 3 p.m. and prior to 11 a.m.
What are The Inn’s reservation cancellation policies?
Prior to 4 p.m.; for specialty dates such as Homecoming or graduation we have a 24-hour cancellation.
What special services do you offer?
Special services include nightly turn-down services. Parking is available adjacent to The Inn and in both The Freed Center and McIntosh parking lots. Valet services are not available.
Does The Inn have a pool?
No.
What is included in The Inn’s fitness center?
The Inn’s fitness room provides two treadmills, two elliptical machines, one

recumbent cycle, one upright fitness bike, and one multi station.

Can only guests use it?

Yes, the fitness room is for hotel guests and their guest-room key will allow access.
Does The Inn accommodate pets?
No.
