Our program provides experiences that benefit children, parents, the local community, as well as the University. The major objective of the program is to provide positive social experiences for children that will enrich their physical, cognitive, and emotional growth using play-based curriculum. The Child Development Center’s (CDC) “HANDS-ON” approach invites and encourages children to choose their own activities and become involved in a variety of materials appropriate for their age.

The CDC is licensed by the State of Ohio and enrollment is open to any 3 to 6 year old children from Ada and the surrounding communities.
