Non-Denominational Meditation Class
This class provides a great opportunity for anyone interested in practicing many different styles of meditation. These include breathing techniques, mantras, guided tapes, appropriate music and sounds, visualizations of color, the basics of the chakra (Hindu) system.
All people are different, so there are many different styles and techniques. What works for one may not be the most beneficial for someone else. The meditation time will be approximately one hour one evening a week.
Time will be decided depending on individual schedules.
