ADA - Junior Jeanne Bockey has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference's Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of November 16-22.

This is the first time that Bockey has earned the award in just her first two games as a Polar Bear.

Bockey is a Delphos native who transferred to Ohio Northern from Owens CC this season.

The Polar Bears finished the Sodexo Classic hosted by Hanover (Ind.) with a 1-1 record, defeating Transylvania (Ky.) 65-62 on Saturday before falling to Hanover 89-64 on Sunday.

HANOVER, Ind. - The Ohio Northern women's basketball team fell to host school Hanover (Ind.) 89-64 Saturday afternoon in the final game of the Sodexo Classic.

The Polar Bears are now 1-1 on the year, while the Panthers improve to 2-0.
