ADA — Ohio Northern freshman Alison Steinbrunner (New Carlisle/Tecumseh) was named the 2009 OAC Women’s Cross Country
Runner-of-the-Year.Steinbrunner became the first ONU women’s cross country runner to win the OAC individual title with a time of 21:54.32 at this season's OAC Championships.
At the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional, Steinbrunner placed sixth (22:17) out of 231 runners to represent ONU at the NCAA Championships.
At the National meet, she placed 261st (25:30) out of 280 runners.
