ADA — Ohio Northern senior Kyle Meyer was named Second Team All-America for 2009-10 in men's basketball in voting conducted by the National Association of Basketball Coaches.

Meyer was als named First Team All-Great Lakes Region by the NABC and by D3Hoops.com.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Ohio Northern junior Michael Schultz finished 23rd in the 200 freestyle Thursday morning on the second day of the 2010 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships at the University of Minnesota.

Schultz's time of 1:41.63 missed advancing to the final 16 Thursday evening by just .80 of a second.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Ohio Northern junior Michael Schultz earned Honorable Mention All-America honors in the 500 free on the first day of the NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships at the University of Minnesota Wednesday evening.

He won the Consolation Finals race and finished ninth overall in 4:30.40.

ADA — Ohio Northern senior forward Kyle Meyer has been selected to play in the inagural National Association of Basketball Coaches Division III Men's Basketball All-Star Game in 2010.

The all-star game will played as part of the 2010 NCAA® Division III men’s basketball championships on Saturday at the Salem Civic Center in Salem, Va.

The NABC Division III All-Star game will be played on Saturday at 10:30 am, replacing the consolation game.
