ADA — The Ohio Northern men's cross country team is ranked No. 32 in the eighth weekly United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division III poll.
The Polar Bears (64-11) were ranked No. 31 in the sixth and seventh weekly polls the last two weeks.
ONU was No. 20 in weeks four and five after being No. 18 in the third weekly poll and No. 19 in the second poll on Sept. 24.
ONU received 44 points in the poll after receiving 38 points each of the last two weeks.

WILMINGTON — Seniors Alan Bowsher and Justin Dickman finished 1-2, leading the No. 31-ranked Ohio Northern Men’s Cross Country team to a second place finish at the 2009 the Ohio Athletic Confrence Championships Saturday afternoon.
The Polar Bears’ record improves to 64-11 on the year.

OBERLIN - The No. 20-ranked Ohio Northern men’s cross country team finished seventh out of 28 teamsat the 8,000-meter course at Oberlin on Saturday.
This puts the Polar Bear record at 56-10 on the year.
Northern was led by senior Alan Bowsher who finished 11th in a time of 25:21.
Senior Brent Hiser finished in 27th in a time of 25:50.
