No. 25-ranked Wittenberg hands Men's Soccer first loss of the season

SPRINGFIELD - The Ohio Northern men's soccer team suffered its first defeat of the season at the hands of No. 25-ranked Wittenberg 4-0 Tuesday evening.

The Polar Bears drop to 6-1, while the Tigers remain perfect on the season with a 7-0 record.

Wittenberg's Shane Price stole the show with a hat-trick, scoring his fourth, fifth and sixth goals of the season.

MSoccer captures ONU-Adidas Classic title with 1-0 victory over Allegheny (Pa.)

The Ohio Northern men’s soccer won its ninth ONU-Adidas Classic Championship in 16 years Saturday afternoon by defeating Allegheny (Pa.) 1-0 and finishing the tournament with a perfect 2-0 record.

ONU remains undefeated on the season with a record of 6-0 while Allegheny moves to 2-3.

This is the best start for the Polar Bears since the 1994 season when the Polar Bears began the season with an 8-0 record.

Men's Soccer jumps to 5-0 with 4-0 victory over Manchester (Ind.)

The Ohio Northern men’s soccer team opened its ONU-Adidas Classic Friday at the ONU Soccer Field with a win over Manchester (Ind.) by a score of 4-0.

Freshman Christian Huelsman led the Polar Bears with two goals in the game.

ONU remains undefeated with a record of 5-0 while Manchester falls to 1-4-2 on the season.

ADA -- The Ohio Northern men’s soccer team shutout Adrian (Mich.) 7-0 Wednesday night in its first game at the ONU Soccer Field this season as freshman Nate Bascom scored a game-high two goals to lead Northern.

The Polar Bears remain undefeated as they better their record to 4-0 while the Bulldogs fall to 1-3.

Matuszak's overtime goal lifts Men's Soccer over Cal Lutheran to remain undefeated

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. - Junior Jimmy Matuszak controlled a loose ball in the box and scored the game winning goal 34 seconds into overtime to give the Ohio Northern men's soccer team a 3-2 victory over host California Lutheran Sunday evening.

The win keeps the Polar Bears undefeated on the season with a perfect 3-0 record. The Kingsmen are now 2-2.
