Women's Tennis team receives Scholar All-America honor from ITA for 7th consecutive year

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's tennis team has been recognized as a 2009 Scholar All-American Team by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
This marks the seventh consecutive year the Polar Bears have won the honor undr eighth-year head coach Scott Wills.
The women on the tennis team achieved an impressive 3.84 GPA in the spring 2009 quarter, the highest GPA in program history.
Ohio Northern posted a 20-6 record in 2008-09, winnign the Ohio Athletic Confernece Regular Season and Tournament titles, and advanced to the program's first-ever NCAA Division III Tournament appearance.
