The senior has enjoyed a spectacular four-year career as a Polar Bear.

He is a three-time All-Great Lakes Region and 2-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference honoree in cross country, helping ONU win the 2007 and 2008 OAC titles and make three consecutive NCAA Championships appearances.

In track & field, Adam is a two-time OAC champion in the 5,000-meter run indoors and was the 10,000-meter run OAC champion in 2007, helping ONU win OAC crowns in 2008 and 2009 indoors and in 2009 outdoors.

Adam was also named the OAC Runner of the Week on Feb. 2, 2009 and is an Academic All-OAC honoree.

This season, the Polar Bears swept the OAC crowns in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field for the first time in school history.
