ADA — The Ohio Northern men's swimming and diving team team is making its first appearance in the College Swimming.com/College Swimming Coaches Association of America Top 25 Poll.

The Polar Bears (5-4 overall, 2-0 Ohio Athletic Conference) received three points in voting conducted by 25 coaches from around the country.

Northern is making its first appearance in the poll and received the 44th most votes in the nation.

The College Swimming.com/CSCAA poll reflects dual meet strength.

The Polar Bears, led by 2008 NCAA qualifiers Michael Schultz and George Chesney, will return to action Saturday with a 1 pm home meet against OAC foe Mount Union at the ONU Sports Center.
