Dohner joins 100-Win Club, but Men's Tennis falls at OAC foe Mount Union 6-3

ALLIANCE — Senior Chris Dohner joined the 100-Win Club, but the Ohio Northern men’s tennis team lost 6-3 at Ohio Athletic Conference-leader Mount Union Saturday afternoon.
The Polar Bears move to 6-5 overall and 2-2 in the OAC while the Purple Raiders better their record to 11-4 overall and 3-0 in the conference.
Dohner led ONU with a pair of wins on the afternoon by winning number four singles and number two doubles.
He now has 101 wins in his four-year career and is the 15th member of ONU's 100-Win Club.
He won 6-3, 6-4 in singles action over Grant Anderson.
Dohner paired up with sophomore Jeff Carter to defeat Brian Mogus and Travis Papay 8-6.
In number one singles play, senior Ryan Paul and freshman Nick Kowalczyk defeated Zach Perry and Grant Aronson 8-6.
The Polar Bears' next match comes Tuesday afternoon at they host Baldwin-Wallace at 3:30 pm.
