    WOOSTER —  Senior Erza Bradshaw poured in a season-high 22 points, but No. 9-ranked Wooster rallied from an 11-point first half deficit to down Ohio Northern 70-64 Tuesday night at the Timken Gymnasium.

    The Polar Bears fall to 1-3 on the season, while the Scots improve to 2-2.

    Bradshaw's 22-point total was one point shy of his career high of 23, set as a junior last winter.

    GAMBIER - The Ohio Northern women's basketball team built a 17-5 lead by the 12:39 mark of the first half, but Kenyon chipped away at the lead and defeated the Polar Bears 58-55 Tuesday evening at Tomsich Arena.

    Northern falls to 1-2 on the year, while the Ladies stay undefeated at 3-0.

    ADA —The Ohio Northern volleyball team fell one spot and ended the season ranked No. 6 in the final Sports Imports/AVCA Coaches poll that was released on Tuesday.

    The Polar Bears finished the season at 30-4 received 453 points in the final poll

    Northern spent the entire season ranked between positions No. 4 and No. 6.

    ADA - Senior three-time All-American Liz Schnelle has earned an award she has yet to receive in her record-breaking career, as she was named CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine First Team Academic All-America.

    Schnelle was named First Team Academic All-District IV earlier this season as well as First Team Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference.

    This award comes less than a week after Schnelle was named AVCA First Team All-America for the second consecutive season. She also earned AVCA Third Team All-America honors as a sophomore.
