1. Download the Printable application form in Adobe Acrobat format.
   *Note: If you do not have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer then you need to download the Acrobat Reader by clicking on the link below. This will enable your computer to read and print out the application form.

2. Open the file using Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
3. This software will allow you to fill out the application before you print it, if you like.

• To fill out a section, move the cursor over the section you need to fill out, and when it looks like an "I," left-click on the mouse to get a blinking cursor; then fill in the appropriate information.
• Use the tab button to move between sections.
• To fill in check boxes, move the cursor over the box and click on it, and a checkmark will appear. Click again to remove checkmarks.

In order for your application file to be complete, the following five items must be submitted.

• International application, accompanied by a non-refundable fee of U.S. $30.
• Official transcripts from any institutions of higher learning which you have attended.
• A certified secondary school transcript.
• Official copy of TOEFL scores: 550 paper-based (pbt), 213 computer-based (cbt), or 79 internet based (ibt) are minimum acceptable scores for regular University programs. TOEFL scores of 480-550 pbt, 185-213 cbt, 54-79 ibt are required for admission to the Bridging/ESL Program.
• Proof of financial responsibility.
