myHousing

Your personal housing profile is available by logging in to Luminis (https://luminis.onu.edu) and clicking on myHousing.  You will need to log in again using your Luminis I.D. and password.

New Students

Housing assignments for new students takes place after summer orientation.

 

Returning Undergraduate Students

The Housing selection and lottery process takes place during Spring Quarter in preparation for Fall quarter for upper-class students. You will receive an email to your ONU account informing you of information about this process.

Please remember that if you are requesting roommate(s) each roommate must place a request to room with the other parties. Be sure to do this when completing the online form.

New Law Students

You may apply for housing online. Email us at reslife@onu.edu to receive a direct link to the housing application.

Returning Law Students

If you intend to return to on-campus housing for Fall Semester or to stay on-campus for summer you will indicate your wishes when we send our annual law student housing survey during Spring Semester.

Meal Plans

Meals at ONU are provided by Sodexho/Marriott. There are several meal plan choices. Residence Life keeps record of the meal plan you are currently on. Students will be notified via email during the times when you can log on to myHousing to select your meal plan for the upcoming quarter.

New Students

All students residing in Affinity Village, 5 University Parkway, Northern House, Founders, Park, Maglott, Roberts, Lima, Brookhart, Clark, Stambaugh students must choose the traditional 19, 14 or 10 meal plan. New students are automatically assigned and required to have the 19-meal plan for their first quarter. Transfer students may contact our office to be considered an exception.

Apartment, University-owned House, and Off-campus students

You may purchase points with costs ranging from $300-600. You may also select from the traditional meal plans.

Polar Points/Polar Dollars

Polar Points can be added in the Controller's office . There is a minimum of $25 to add points. Click the image below to visit the Polar Dollars information page for a list of local business and on-campus establishments that accept the card.
