• Dear TouchNet User,

This TouchNet Bulletin is for all users of TouchNet Bill+Payment Suite 3.0 and 5.0. Your students and/or authorized users may experience display issues with the current versions of Bill+Payment Suite 3.0 and 5.0 when using the recently released Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0.

A Bill+Payment Suite Service Pack will be released for both of the 3.0 and 5.0 software versions to address the IE 8 display issue(s). We will notify you as soon as these releases are available.

In the meantime, you may instruct your users to select the compatibility-mode button within Internet Explorer 8.0. This button is located in the navigation bar just to the right of the address bar (next to the refresh button). This is a built-in feature provided by Microsoft to allow the user’s browser to emulate IE7 when needed, without having to restart the browser.
