More than 100 students from 10 universities are scheduled to be part of the fourth annual Ohio Northern University Undergraduate Research Colloquium, April 27 in McIntosh Center on the ONU campus.

ONU to conduct Invention to Venture Workshop

The Ohio Northern University College of Business Administration, the Smull College of Engineering, the National Collegiate Inventors, & Innovators Alliance, and the Kern Family Foundation are teaming up to conduct an Invention to Venture (I 2V) workshop in the Dicke Forum on April 21. The workshop runs from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Ohio Northern Adds Chinese Language Course

Beginning this fall, students at Ohio Northern University will have the option of studying Mandarin Chinese with a professionally trained, native Chinese-speaking instructor.

Ohio Northern University and KUKA Robotics Corporation are unveiling the ONU Robotics Center of Excellence powered by KUKA Robotics Corporation, with a ribbon cutting ceremony in Taft Memorial Hall at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26.
The center provides ONU students with hands-on design and programming experience using KUKA robots, controllers and software.

Many antibiotics and other powerful drugs that treat serious medical conditions are effective only in a narrow range of concentration in the body. Too little and the medication is ineffective. Too much and serious problems can arise. That is why many patients go through repeated blood tests or other invasive measures to test the level of therapeutic drugs in their blood and sometimes in their body’s tissues.
