The Pierstorf Family Pharmacy Museum

Pierstorf Family Pharmacy Museum

Donated by Dr. Clarence H. Pierstorf and Dr. & Mrs. Ervin W. Pierstorf and dedicated on October 13, 1995, the historical museum occupies the entire first floor of the Pierstorf Annex on the East side of the college.

Unique to the university and most other colleges of pharmacy in the country, the museum includes memeorabilia that reflects the college's and profession's rich heritage. Many of the items on display in the museum and several display cases throughout the building, and the wooden cabinets and fixtures are from the Pierstorf Pharmacy in Fairview Park, Ohio, and the Pierstorf family collection. The museum is not only a showplace, but a lasting memorial as well, dedicated to preserve pharmacy's heritage for many generations to come.
