Music Technology

Music technology in the 21st century is evolving daily. The four dedicated-to-music labs at ONU are equipped with a full complement of instruments and computers, both PC and Macintosh. Additionally the electronic music studio has some unique electronic instruments such as a Little Phatty and a Theremin, and the electronic piano lab has recording and
sequencer capability. All music majors receive training in music engraving with Finale and digital electronic music through Band-in-a-Box, Reason, GarageBand and other similar programs.
