District Science Day
Open to any student from grade 5 through high school. **Note: This year a limited number of grade 5 and 6 students will be able to attend State Science Day if they receive a superior ranking at District Science Day. All questions should be directed to Dr. Nancy Woodley, District Science Day Coordinator by calling 419-772-2325 or by email. ****NOTE: The Registration cards are being reformatted and we will post them on the webpage once they have been approved by the OAS.

What are science days or science fairs?
Science days or science fairs are occasions for the display and evaluation of student-originated, inquiry-based scientific research projects. A successful science day program will achieve several student-learner objectives:
- Enhance self-concept
- Develop inquiry and problem-solving skills
- Develop creativity
- Improve organizational ability
- Develop both written and oral communication skills
- Improve in-depth knowledge of science
