Injuries & Emergency Response

  • If life-threatening, call 911 first, then Security (x2222)
  • Call Security (x2222) for injuries that require medical attention but are not life threatening.
  • Record all cuts, burns, and other injuries in an Accident Report Log.
  • Be sure to e-mail Security (campus-security@onu.edu) to report all minor burns or other injuries that could worsen with time.

Tornado Shelter Areas

  • Evacuate rooms than are on upper floors or have an exterior wall above ground.
  • Stay away from glass doors and windows and display cases.
  • Recommended shelter areas for first floor of Meyer Hall: North hallway, biology labs in the center of the building, bathrooms.
