A High School Entrepreneurship Scholarship Competition
Sponsored by Ohio Northern University

Purpose of the Competition:
To encourage creativity, innovation and the entrepreneurial mindset in the next generation while annually challenging the best young minds from across the Midwest to create and share ideas for improving our world

Two Competition Opportunities:
Local high school entrepreneurship scholarship competitions and the Midwest Regional Entrepreneurship Scholarship Competition

• Individuals can compete in competitions at their high schools from September 2009 to January 15, 2010. (See High School Competition rules.)
• Students who finish at the top of their high school competitions may qualify to compete against other high school students at the annual Midwest Regional Entrepreneurship Scholarship Competition at Ohio Northern University on February 3, 2010.
• A student not able to participate in a local high school competition can submit an application directly to Ohio Northern University contest officials to participate in the annual Midwest Regional Entrepreneurship Scholarship Competition on February 3, 2010.

Rewards of the Competition:
Up to three winners of each local high school competition will receive $1,000 renewable scholarships* to Ohio Northern University.

Individuals who participate in the annual Midwest Regional Entrepreneurship Scholarship Competition at Ohio Northern on Feb. 3, 2010, can win $2,000 renewable scholarships* to Ohio Northern University.

*Scholarship awards are contingent on the student’s acceptance and enrollment to Ohio Northern University and their good academic standing in their high schools.
