Mathile will discuss his path as an entrepreneur after graduating from ONU with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 1987. He will provide students with insight on how to create and grow an idea into a successful business.
In business for more than 30 years, Franklin Brazing, located in Lebanon, Ohio, specializes in high-volume, high-efficiency processes with a specialty in stainless steel parts.
Mathile serves on the board of directors for Aileron, a non-profit organization created to strengthen communities by helping business owners lead and manage their companies, driving growth, innovation and jobs.
